The dress

This was the dress she wore for a short time last Sunday. She made it through the day without an accident so we took some pictures:

First shots....

Well the chunk had her first round of shots today and we got all her measurements....

She weighed in at a whopping 10 pounds 8 ounces. Up 2 pounds from her birth weight and a pound and a half from her last doctors visit. She was 22 inches long but she was a little scrunched up so I think she's a bit longer than that. She got three shots and it broke my heart to have to hold her. But she was a champ and only cried when getting them and then for about 30 seconds after I picked her up. Now for the pictures. I was too nervous for her to take any pictures at the office but when we got home and had some cuddles she was ready to pose.

 And a third one in the other leg

She just needed more cuddles 

 She's too little for a treat but just the right size for a new book 

 What? I like to read while my paci hangs out of my mouth!

Look who's having a birthday...

Well a 2 month birthday that is! She had a really cute summer dress on  this morning but she had a little accident in the nursery before I could get  a picture of her in it so that outfit will be saved for another photo shoot after it comes out of the wash. Here she is in another outfit...

I made the chunk a dress that I intended to get monogrammed before she wore it the first time. However, I haven't gotten around to monogramming it yet and I didn't want it to be too small before I at least got a picture of her in it so here she is...
